Outdoor Allergy Sufferers!
Local honey is made from the nectar of and will contain the pollen of local plants. If you suffer from outdoor allergies, eat local honey. It will help you build up a resistance to the pollens in your area. Purchase and eat it as raw as possible for best results!

FALSE: The bees spit into the cells containing nectar. Their spit contains enzymes that start the chemical reaction to change the nectar into honey. This, along with fanning the honey to evaporate moisture, creates honey.
